Is the campsite VACAF approved?
Yes
Is it possible to arrive outside reception opening hours?
Please contact us, and we will see what we can do. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Can we pay for the reservation with holiday vouchers?
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer or check. The balance is payable by ANCV upon arrival, with a check payment in advance (not cashed and returned upon arrival).
What are the refund conditions in case of cancellation?
A cancellation option is offered. No refund if the option is not taken.
Is it possible to modify my reservation?
Yes, subject to notice and availability. We pride ourselves on our flexibility.
Pool
Is the aquatic area open during low season?
No.
Are swimming caps and speedos mandatory at the pool?
Only swimsuits are mandatory for hygiene reasons.
Are qualified lifeguards present around the pools?
No, children (under 15) must be supervised by their parents.
Is the pool heated?
No, it is in direct sunlight.
Is the pool accessible to campsite visitors?
No.
Accommodation
Are sheets and towels included in the accommodation?
No, only duvets or blankets are included. You must bring your own household linen (sheets, tea towel, towels). A sheet rental option is available (subject to availability).
Is it possible to choose your pitch?
If you know the number of the pitch you would like, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Can we add a tent next to a mobile home?
No
Are all mobile homes air-conditioned?
No, we are in a wooded area, and you benefit from natural shade.
Are the mobile homes equipped with dishwashers?
No.
Is there a TV in the mobile homes?
No.

Can we rent bicycles at the campsite?
No, but a rental service is available 5 km away.
Can I rent a baby cot or a high chair?
Yes, subject to availability.
Is there a bread delivery service?
Yes, during high season.
